At Post Office by Shannon Passero, we want you to love your curated pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to begin the authorization process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
